Abstract

The article examines the research issues, allowing to determine the relationship between technological parameters of loop fabric production and the tension of ground and loop warp threads during a working cycle STBM-180 loom.
During the research an active experiment was done, resulting in mathematical models, describing the change in the tension of the ground and loop warp threads during the main periods of fabric formation.
The analysis of the mathematical models and its subsequent optimization by canonical transformation of the model enabled to receive optimal technological parameters for loop fabric production with the minimum values of ground and loop warp threads tension.
