Abstract
The article provides an exergy analysis of the heat exchange processes occurring in a plate heat exchanger under various operating modes and increasing the plate heat exchanger efficiency. The object of research is a plate heat exchanger. The subject of research is the processes of heat transfer in a plate heat exchanger. The purpose of the work is to study the efficiency of the heat exchanger under various operating modes. In the course of work, experimental studies were carried out to determine the influence of the operating mode and the nature of the movement of coolants on the exergy efficiency and the amount of exergy losses of the heat exchanger.
