Abstract
The article presents the investigation of quality of double stitching seams and strop seams when stitching natural leather samples with needles of LLCR and KKS needle blade sharpening, (strop seams); KKS, PCL needle blade sharpening (tight double stitching seams) under biaxial stretching, which simulates a real shoe upper molding technology. Recommendations are given for improving the quality of sewn seams for shoe upper assembly.
