Annotation
The article describes the current problem of processing wood waste. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main types of technologies for defibering wood waste into chips and shavings. The main types of equipment are considered, a generalized description is given, and advantages and disadvantages are identified. The article examines existing practical experience and identifies the main directions for optimizing defibering wood technology.
