In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, accompanied by the digital transformation of creative industries, a fundamental reassessment of traditional approaches to the design and visualization of fashion products is taking place. This article views fashion as a high-tech field where the convergence of material and digital opens new horizons for design, production, and communication. Particular attention is paid to smart textile materials with specified functional properties and digital tools that not only revolutionize the process of costume creation but also transform its perception. The aim of the study is to analyze modern textile technologies and digital visualization tools as key factors in the innovative development of the fashion industry. The research methods are diverse: empirical (observation, comparison, experiment), theoretical (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling), and comparative case analysis. The study employs methods for analyzing successful innovation implementation practices, which allows for identifying the most promising vectors for the development of costume design. The result of the research is the systematization of current technological trends in textiles and visualization, as well as the development of a model for their integration into the design process to create a competitive fashion product.
